I had a problem – I knew what I wanted for my logo but had no idea whether it could become reality. In my head I had a picture of my business name in the form of a rubber stamp imprint. Not a brand-new stamp, but slightly distressed. I also wanted it to look like a smiley face, because it fits with my brand and I use smileys like other people use punctuation 🙂
So I gave Narjas a call and told her about my vision for my logo. She clearly explained her packages and how everything would work and I eagerly agreed to go ahead.
Narjas sent me a form to complete, outlining my target audience, brand and what the logo would be used for. This was a useful process in itself, because although I’ve already done this work I’d never written it down all in one place before. Luckily, it was easy for me to be clear about my audience because I know them very well.
So the deal was done and Narjas set to work. In just a few days she was ready to present my new logo to me, so we arranged a Skype call and I started to get excited. Narjas had prepared 4 options for me and showed them to me in the order of least-liked first. As each logo appeared on my screen I was thinking ‘Yes, that’s OK’ ‘Hmm yeah that’s quite good’ and then we got to Narjas’ favourite version.
